I want you to know that never in my life did i think I would have such difficult moments. when my son was arrested, it was the darkest time in my life.

Since the first day up until today, I can say to you  I am a new person. During those difficult moments   I thanked God a thousand times for putting person like you Johanna in our way. You are both very professional and an wonderful human being. Without you I’m sure it all would have been very different .You are the reason we have such good results, I know that’s your job,  but I felt you made this very personal.

I know I should have emailed you sooner to thank you for all you have done for us. However, in the excitement of my son's arrival home much sooner than we expected, I forgot to write you.
